Structured programs for 5 to 15 year olds and open fun for everyone else!
We offer structured programs for both boys and girls looking to build their gymnastics skills.
Recreational Gymnastics Programs:
Junior recreation
5 to 6 years old
One, 75 minute class per week
Cost = $93/month plus HST
Children are introduced to the CANGYM national testing system levels of Tan and Bronze, and will continue to progress at their own pace. They will improve in flexibility, strength and coordination as they learn their gymnastics skills.
SENIOR recreation
7 to 9 years old, girls and boys separated
One, 75 minute class per week
Cost = $93/month plus HST
Our Senior Recreation classes, will continue to progress in the Bronze and Purple CANGYM levels with a certified coach. Parents can expect their children to advance their skills in this class and continue to work on their agility, balance, and coordination skills.
Intermediate recreation
10 to 12 years old, girls and boys separated
One, 75 minute class per week
Cost = $93/month plus HST
In our Intermediate Recreation program, students will continue to progress in the Purple and Blue CANGYM levels with a certified coach.
Athletes will be pushed to their limits through conditioning and agility, and work more independently with our certified coaches.
Teen Gym
12 to 15 years old, girls and boys separated
One, 75 minute class per week
Cost = $93/month plus HST
Let your teen work on their desired skills in this specialist class. Students will continue to work on Purple, Blue and Turquoise CANGYM levels with a certified coach in a quiet environment. This is for the dedicated athletes who want to work on perfecting the hard skills and learn how to do more.

Class sizes are as follows:
Parent and Tot: 1 coach to 10 participants
Kinder Gym: 1 coach to 6 participants
Junior to Teen: 1 coach to 8 participants
These ratios are set by Gymnastics Ontario and is why it is critical to register each month. If your child is not on a class list and the class is full, you cannot participate.

Families need to register for their class of choice as we cannot assume your child will be here for class each month, plus we don't want to charge your credit card if you are not here!
Registering for your class of choice allows flexibility for families who are on a budget or know they will be absent for multiple weeks in a month.

Credit cards will be billed at time of registration if completed through the Parent Portal. Phone/email/in-person registration requires valid credit card on file.

We recommend all female athletes to wear a gym suit and male athletes to wear shorts and a t-shirt. All hair must be up in a ponytail or out of the face. We have gym suits, shorts and accessories for sale in-house from a Canadian supplier.

Of course! There are no limits on how many classes you can register for.
